Project Architect

We are expanding our Shepherd's Bush office – where a sociable environment and focus on collaborative in-person working offers an open, supportive and inclusive setting in which our diverse team are able to contribute across a variety of sectors and at all RIBA work stages. We are looking to hire:Project Architect – 5yrs+ and previous experience in this role on medium size buildings, with particular leaning towards interior architecture and/or an interest in fit-out: In this role you will be the centre for all project information, often team & client-facing as a result of having that unique understanding of the project constraints and opportunities. Regulatory / compliance and technical knowledge are aspects you will need to be highly familiar with, as well as a hands-on approach to problem solving. Experience in delivering, across all stages, is essential. Less critical, but still beneficial is familiarity with multi-unit residential schemes including high rise / HRBs. Skilled in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in Rhino & Microstation beneficial. Have the knowledge needed to plan and manage production, both undertaking & overseeing others. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English – particularly written - are essential. Salary based on experience.
