They also have a growing quantitative trading arm.Position Overview:They are seeking a highly capable and resilient Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and managing key mandates across the business. This is a senior role that requires a strong leader who can motivate teams, ensure accountability, and make tough decisions when required.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with proven experience in people management, leadership and hiring processes. You will act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and force multiplier for the executive team, ensuring strategic priorities are executed effectively across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior management to define and execute strategic initiatives across the business.Drive accountability within teams—ensuring goals, deliverables, and performance standards are met.Provide leadership support on organisational design, hiring, and talent management.Motivate, coach, and inspire employees at all levels to achieve peak performance.Serve as a sounding board and advisor to leadership on sensitive business and personnel issues.Oversee key projects and mandates, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and timely delivery.Manage communication across departments, ensuring clarity of priorities and objectives.Represent leadership in internal and external settings as required.Qualifications & ExperienceExtensive senior-level experience in a Chief of Staff, COO, or strategic leadership role within financial services or a related high-performance environment.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable, with a proven record of delivering results.Strong motivational background—able to influence and inspire individuals and groups.Resilient and decisive.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple mandates simultaneously.Strong commercial acumen and ability to align initiatives with business objectives.
