Director of Client ServicesLocation: Knightsbridge, London (Hybrid)Role type: Full-time or 4 days per weekEnjoy Education is seeking an exceptional Director of Client Services to join our Senior Leadership Team and take full strategic ownership of client delivery, service quality, and operational performance across our core services: Homeschooling, Private Tuition, and Tutor Partnerships.This is a senior leadership role for an experienced operator who thrives in complex, high-expectation environments and is motivated by building world-class delivery at scale for UHNW families and international clients.The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Client Services will:Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring consistency, excellence, and a premium experience across all service linesLead and develop senior delivery leaders across Homeschooling, Private Tuition and Tutor PartnershipsShape and execute Enjoy Education’s long-term operational strategy, including operating models, quality assurance frameworks, safeguarding governance, and systemsAct as the senior escalation point for complex, high-risk or reputationally sensitive casesPartner closely with the CEO, Commercial Director and Finance Director to align delivery, growth and financial performanceLead organisation-wide transformation initiatives, including CRM and workflow optimisationHold accountability for delivery-side P&L, margin performance and operational efficiencyWho We’re Looking ForYou will be a proven senior leader with:Director-level (or equivalent) experience leading multi-team, service-led organisationsDeep understanding of the independent education sector and premium education servicesExtensive experience working with UHNW families or similarly high-expectation private clientsA strong track record of organisational transformation, operating model design, and capability buildingConfidence leading leaders, influencing at board or C-suite level, and making sound judgement calls in high-pressure situationsRobust experience in safeguarding governance, quality assurance, and risk managementCommercial acumen, including margin optimisation and operational financial oversightWhy Join Enjoy EducationSenior leadership role with genuine strategic influenceWork at the forefront of bespoke education for UHNW families globallyHybrid working with regular Knightsbridge office presenceCompetitive salary plus performance-related bonus25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, plus service-linked additional daysBirthday day off, charity day, wellbeing platform, and remote summer working policyTo apply, please send your CV and a brief covering note to Dominic Oxnam at
