This technology has then been paired with an experienced team of expert staff who know the business and how to access supply & data, how to get the best from multiple buying platforms and methodologies and how to consult with clients to ensure their campaigns meet their desired objectives.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------The RoleOur fast-growing company is seeking an organized, proactive, detail-focused and hungry operations Campaign Manager, with a background in trafficking, managing and optimising Programmatic Campaigns to be part of a best-in-class Operations Team.Your primary role will be to support the Broadlab Head of Operations across a range of areas, including end to end campaign management, performance optimisation as well as measurement and regular campaign reporting and analytics. You will and have a good understanding of programmatic Ad Operation technologies, including one or more tier one DSPs. You will actively collaborate with other Teams or Team members to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and productivity through collaboration, communication and following defined processes. Campaign performance optimisation is a key element of the role and you will be responsible for following process and best practice to efficiently enable in-flight optimisation and campaign change execution. You will execute and optimise campaigns based on Performance data and Measurement metrics in order to improve performance to KPIs and Campaign Objectives. You will work very closely with other parts of the business to ensure the Operations team is able to plan, deliver and execute optimisations.Campaign reporting and analytics is also a key element of the role in terms of producing internal and external reports and insights on campaign progress and performanceThe Campaign Manager will report to the Broadlab Head of Operations. As we are a fast-growing start-up, your tasks may vary from time to time as business needs dictate. You will be based out of London, but your remit may cover multiple countries Broadlab operate in. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Key Responsibilities Campaign Creation and Management ·      Manage multiple CTV Campaigns from creation to post-campaign reporting in one or more DSPs or via delivery partners·      Creating campaigns in DSPs, applying various audience targeting solutions, measurement solutions and supply strategies as briefed·      Trafficking creatives in DSPs, adhering to best practice around quality, naming conventions, flighting and creative rotation information. ·      Creative troubleshooting identifying solutions and issue escalation ·      Create and analyse daily, periodic, or adhoc, standardised and customised reporting as required. Use a number of tools including Broadlab Optimisation Tools, BI dashboards and MS Excel·      Work with Client Success to deliver best in class service and deliver target outcomes for our clients by ensuring timely and precise campaign management practices·      Support Head of Operations in workflow management and task prioritisation·      Execute against Campaign Best Practice guidelines and complete campaign actions in a timely and efficiently ensuring various processes are adhered to·      Utilise, and feed into development of existing and future workflow tools, DSP functionality and other documentation as requiredTagging, Third Party Tracking, Measurement and Conversion·      QAing client Third Party Tracking pixels and implementation in DSPs·      Monitoring event traffic from Broadlab pixels, updating regular topline reporting and escalating issues with relevant team members·      Adhering to best practice on implementation and campaign set up in relation to campaigns with third party measurement (Brand uplift, sales, web-traffic etc)Optimisation and Performance ·      Performing daily reviews of campaign pacing and KPI performance using Broadlab dashboards & tools, adhoc reports in DSPs and Excel·      Deliver or support scheduled reviews of conversion data, build understanding of what drives campaign performance and utilise those learnings in optimisations·      Troubleshoot or appropriately escalate any discrepancies in performance data and work with the Analytics team to improve campaign performance metrics·      Supporting the optimisation of campaigns in-flight by reviewing key delivery metrics and making changes to campaign across a number of key elements including audience, inventory, geo, temporal, creative and other factors·      Monitoring and communicating the impact of optimisations made to ensure they are delivering improvementsOperational Excellence:·      Deliver against a culture of Operational Excellence·      Good level of understanding campaign strategies and execution to support the business strategy/objectives.·      Deliver against the appropriate campaign service level agreements as defined by the business·      Be accountable for your actions and continually learn and develop.·      Use new and existing tools, processes and reporting systems in line with current ways of working, and support where required in defining new opportunities to improve---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Required Skills / Experience·      3-5 years experience in an Ad Operations, Programmatic Trading or Campaign Management role.·      Extensive, hand on experience setting up and managing campaigns in DSPs including creative trafficking, preferably in DV360, FreeWheel Buyer Cloud (Previously Beeswax), or Amazon DSP·      Experience optimising live campaigns based on defined KPIs as well as softer performance metrics·      Logical thinker and with solid problem-solving skills. Be able to analyse data to draw actionable conclusions·      Clear communicator and able to collaborate across multiple technical and non-technical teams·      Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail·      Strong numerical skill set with good level of MS Excel, lookups, pivots etc·      Desire to learn and advance, and is ready to get involved in supporting the growth of a startup business.
