They offer a high-growth, fast-paced environment that blends ambition with purpose, focused on delivering excellence in education.THE ROLEA strategic and hands-on marketing lead is sought to drive student enrolment and retention across a portfolio of schools. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering full-funnel campaigns, managing the regional marketing budget, and building strong relationships with school principals. This is a broad, impact-led role where you’ll be central to growth across multiple brands within the group.Lead multi-channel marketing strategy to drive student acquisition and retentionExecute campaigns across digital (social, email, CRM) and offline (events, PR, print) channelsOwn campaign development, rollout, and continuous optimisationPartner directly with school leadership to tailor localised initiativesManage a small team (1 direct report) and work closely with a trusted freelancer during the transition periodSKILLS + EXPERIENCEStrong brand and marketing background within a multi-brand or complex stakeholder environmentFull marketing mix exposure – digital, CRM and offline channelsCommercial and data-driven – confident interpreting performance metrics and communicating insightsComfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with strategic oversight and execution responsibilityHOW TO APPLYIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, send your CV to Izzi at Harnham via the link below.
