Backed by cutting-edge cloud-native architecture, we are redefining the way wealth managers operate.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product development and act as the bridge between our CEO and engineering team. You will structure the team’s workflow, coordinate feature delivery, and ensure that our complex integrations and platform components evolve in line with Icebrg’s strategic vision. This is a senior, technical role requiring hands-on knowledge of APIs, financial infrastructure, and modern development workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product development for our B2B platform, from ideation to deployment, using Agile methodologiesStructure, prioritise, and manage workflows across engineering and product development: lead the strategic planning and execution of product roadmaps for our multi-module investment management platformCoordinate complex product development initiatives across portfolio management, trading, reporting, CRM, business management, and other modulesTranslate business and regulatory requirements into technical specificationsOversee the integration and enhancement of our extensive Open API ecosystem, including connections with Saxo Bank, Addepar, market data providers, KYC/AML vendors, and many othersServe as the primary liaison between the technical team and the CEO: translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for executive decision-makingPresent product updates, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives for the platform and identify opportunities to enhance user experienceYour Experience, Skills And Knowledge5+ years in product management for trading/wealthtech/fintech platformsStrong background in wealth management, investment management, or trading platforms with a deep understanding of industry workflows and requirementsSolid technical foundation with hands-on experience in modern web technologies, including React, TypeScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)Understanding of API integration patterns, particularly Open API/REST API implementations in financial services contextsProven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-module / multi-vendor software platforms with extensive third-party integrationsQualifications: STEM degree and certifications preferredWhat we offerCompetitive salary + performance-based equity options allocationFlexible hybrid workOpportunity to shape a next-generation wealthtech platform at an early stageProfessional development budgetRelocation/UK visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
