Your job as a Product Designer is to take full ownership of one of our new flagship products — shaping how it looks, feels, and works from start to finish.This role is for designers who crave autonomy and want to work in a close-knit, fast-moving team.What to expectDesigners at 44pixels stay very close to the craft while maintaining a strong understanding of what we’re trying to accomplish as a business. We move quickly, debate hard, and measure what matters.This role touches every stage of the product process: from early sketches and ideas, to research and design exploration, prototyping with AI, and shipping features that real people use every day. You’ll design not just the core product experiences, but also the experiments that drive growth and revenue.You’ll work closely with a Product Manager on day-to-day decisions, alongside engineers, data specialists, and marketers who help bring your ideas to life.
