As a Senior Paid Social Manager you’ll step into a leadership role on household name brands shaping end to end social strategies across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and emerging platforms. We’ll support your transition into the Australian market and help you hit the ground running from day one.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...As Senior Paid Social Manager you’ll own the paid social strategy planning execution and optimisation across a portfolio of ambitious clients. You’ll lead campaign development from brief through to delivery and performance analysis ensuring campaigns are on budget on time and aligned to client goals. You’ll be the client’s key social contact presenting recommendations results and insights clearly and confidently. Internally you’ll guide and mentor junior team members and collaborate with creative data and cross-channel teams to ensure seamless campaign integration. You’ll also help shape our paid social offering by staying ahead of platform updates trends and innovation to keep your brands at the forefront of social media.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...4 to 6 years of paid social experience within a media or digital agencyStrong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and other platformsConfident in campaign planning activation reporting and client communicationStrong understanding of performance metrics targeting formats and budgetingExcellent communication skills and team leadership capabilitiesOpen to relocating from the UK to SydneyTO APPLY…Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly at [email protected].
