Brand new IC product management role at an exciting digital start up that sits within a leading global organisation. They are World leaders in architecture & design, engineering, and project management to sustainability consulting, and energy innovation.This fast paced team of 100 are building a digital twin that provides data visualisation and clarity for operational teams to make informed decisions and improve efficiency, sustainability, and resilience of commercial building portfolios. Think anything from Airports, to hospitals, to football stadiums around the World. This is a truly impactful role for someone who has deep experience in building analytics, sustainable energy management practices, building information modeling.The London based team are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead on all new 0 to 1 new bets, as well as optimise existing products. You'll work closely with customers and help define a best in class product discovery processResponsibilitiesRun customer interviews and conduct market research that shapes the product strategy and creates a compelling product strategyPlan and execute updates, enhancements, and new iterations of the product, ensuringcontinuous product evolution and growth.Work closely with cross functional teams of in house engineers and product designersDrive the adoption and retention of customers across the product suite, tracking and analysing product metricsManage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.About youMust have prior experience/subject matter expert in the following fields: smart buildings.Adjacent fields also applicable: Smart cities, IOT, sustainable energy management practices, construction, cognitive citiesYou have deep experience running customer interviews (Enterprise SaaS experience preferred)Experience working with cross functional, in house teams of engineers & designersBachelor's degree in relevant or associated fields (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, urban planning)~5 years' experience in product managementTravel will be expected in this role roughly every 4-6 weeks.This role can be based in London or Dubai: sponsorship available.
