About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Trainer to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role is key to driving effective training delivery, maintaining day-to-day BAU operations, and supporting the continuous professional growth of individual through innovative and targeted learning solutions.The successful candidate will be adept at understanding business processes, identifying knowledge and skill gaps, and tailoring training modules to meet operational needs. In addition to designing and delivering learning programmes, the Technical Trainer will also be responsible for reviewing and updating existing content, ensuring ongoing relevance and quality.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective systems training sessions across various teams and departments, remotely and in person. Systems include but not limited to: Intapp, iManage, 3E.Facilitate virtual training and onboarding sessions via Zoom, including L&D induction and refresher training.Design and develop new learning content, including e-learning courses, instructional guides, and other supporting materials.Review and update existing material and programmes to reflect system changes, process updates, and learner feedback.Tailor training solutions based on employee capability assessments and business process understanding.Conduct training needs assessment to evaluate employees’ learning needs.Provide day-to-day guidance to two L&D team members.Assist in the effective delivery of the tuition assistance programme, including associated administrative responsibilities.Monitor training outcomes using agreed success measures and provide regular reports on training effectiveness and learner progress.Organise regular meetings with key stakeholders that cultivate and reinforce a culture of continuous learning and development.Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:4+ years of relevant experience in technical training, learning and development, or a related area.Strong background in designing and delivering systems training and e-learning content.Proven ability to understand business processes and align learning initiatives with organisational goals.Experience supervising a team.Proficiency in virtual training tools (ie. Zoom, MS Teams) and e-learning development software (ie. Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia).Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (ie. Litmos).Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised with attention to detail and experience managing multiple workstreams.Project and programme management skillsDesirable Skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SuiteKnowledge of Intapp systems, Document management systems (ie. iManage), Practice Management systems (ie. 3E systems)Experience working in a global or fast-paced environment across the legal sectorInstructional design certification or equivalent qualifications (ie.
