Litigation associate | 2-5 PQE

A leading international law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded disputes team. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value cases across multiple sectors, including real estate and financial services. You will work on matters in the High Court, County Court, and arbitration, handling a broad range of responsibilities from case management to drafting and advocacy support.Key Responsibilities:Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution.Draft pleadings, applications, and correspondence.Handle disclosure processes and manage bundles for hearings.Liaise with Counsel and assist with court filings and procedural compliance.Support clients on enforcement of judgments and cross-border disputes.Skills & Experience:Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years PQE.Broad litigation experience gained at a leading UK, City, or US firm.Strong technical and commercial skills with excellent drafting ability.Familiarity with High Court and County Court procedures; ADR experience is a plus.Ability to manage a varied workload and take on significant responsibility.Personal Attributes:Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach.Highly effective communicator, both written and oral.Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.Why Join?You’ll work in a collaborative environment on challenging, high-profile disputes, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
