An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing housing provider as an In-House Conveyancing Solicitor.This is a unique chance to play a vital role in supporting an ambitious, dynamic business at the heart of the accommodation sector.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the senior leadership and property management teams, handling all legal matters related to residential property acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing portfolio management. You’ll be the primary legal point of contact for conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient property transactions across a substantial and expanding UK portfolio.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end residential property transactions (freehold and leasehold).Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents.Liaise with external solicitors, agents, local authorities, and stakeholders.Support due diligence processes and ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met.Provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal teams.Maintain accurate legal records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Assist with landlord and tenant matters, including tenancy agreements and disputes.RequirementsQualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-5 years’ PQE in conveyancing/property law.Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.Experience managing property transactions independently.Experience working in-house or with real estate clients is advantageous.What’s On OfferCompetitive salary based on experience, pension scheme and holiday allowance.Opportunity to shape and grow an in-house legal function.If you're looking to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth property environment, apply today to be part of this thriving and forward-thinking team.
