This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented associate to work on some of the most sophisticated investment fund matters in the market, with a blue-chip client base comprising top-tier European fund managers and their onshore counsel.You will be advising clients on the full lifecycle of Cayman Islands investment vehicles, including hedge funds, hybrid funds, and private equity structures. The role offers excellent scope for client exposure, business development, and long-term career progression within a collegiate, growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on fund formation, structuring, regulatory compliance, ongoing maintenance, and termination of Cayman Islands investment vehiclesWorking closely with leading fund managers, sponsors, and their legal advisers across a wide range of alternative investment strategiesContributing to business development initiatives and representing the firm in market-facing opportunitiesSupporting complex cross-border transactions alongside global colleaguesWhat We’re Looking For1–4 years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds, financial regulation, or corporate lawBackground in a top-tier law firm or highly regarded funds practiceStrong academic credentials and excellent drafting and communication skillsA commercial mindset, with a collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environmentWhy Join?
