Service Care Legal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Specialist Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join our client's team on a temporary basis. Our client is seeking an Employment Specialist Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to provide expert advice and guidance on employment law matters. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to clients, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to complex employment law issues. Please note that this role would require office attendance once per week.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law matters to clients, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employment disputesConduct thorough investigations into employment law issues, including gathering evidence and interviewing clients and witnessesDevelop and implement effective strategies to resolve employment law disputes, including negotiating settlements and representing clients in courtCollaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients, including drafting employment contracts and policiesStay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide guidance to clients on the implications of these changes Requirements: Minimum 5 years' post-qualifying experience (PQE) in employment lawQualified as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveExperience of working in the public sector, particularly in local government or another public sector organizationProven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to complex employment law issues
