M&A Paralegal - Insurance

About the jobWe are working with a top three insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Paralegal in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.Responsibilities include:Dealing with incoming inquiries from clients, insurers and third parties.Developing strong relationships with markets and with clients in the M&A space in London and Europe.Advising clients on legal issues during their Corporate and M&A Transactions.Delivering a personal performance that contributes towards the company achieving its objectives.Due diligence support. Collecting, organizing, and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and other materials from target companies.Support M&A transactions by coordinating closing actions and preparing key documents, including closing checklists, certificates, and memoranda.About you:Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary.
