Job Title: Insurance Industry ConsultantLocation: London, UKContract Type: Contract, Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)Overview:We're seeking an experienced P&C Insurance Consultant with deep expertise in the London insurance market, including both Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s entities. The role involves providing domain guidance, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the insurance value chain.Key Responsibilities:Deliver expert insights on insurance operations across brokers, carriers, MGAs, and captives.Contribute to solution design and pre-sales efforts, including drafting proposals and presentations.Advise on Blueprint 2, delegated authority, underwriting, placement, and broker accounting processes.Provide market intelligence and regulatory updates to internal teams and clients.Support internal teams through training and knowledge sharing.Requirements:12+ years’ experience in the London market (carrier, syndicate, or broker).Proven record of supporting transformation projects.Strong knowledge of market services (e.g., Xchanging, LMA, LIMOSS).Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.CII qualification preferred.
