Interim EMEA Payroll Manager8 months via day rate. Up to £450 per day. Based in London, hybrid working. Catalyst Partners are pleased to be partnering with a global retail brand to source an interim Payroll Manager for a approx. 8 months based in London.This role is a unique opportunity to support the existing team and current manager whilst they endeavor into some complex projects.Responsibilities: Oversee end to end global payroll across European entities.Manage a team of 4x.Operate as the main POC for global vendors.Remain up to date on European tax and employment legislation.Develop & train the Payroll team.Requirements:Proven track record managing global / European payrolls.Experience managing a team and ability to upskill.Strong knowledge of European legislation.CIPP qualification preferred.Reach out to Taylor if you have any questions or want to learn more.
