Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerLondon, hybrid1 year FTC Basic Salary + BonusAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal Talent team, here at Investigo & The IN Group. In this role, you’ll own the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and stakeholder management to offer negotiation, playing a key role in shaping how we attract and secure top talent across our enabling functions.This role will be focused on sourcing and placing experienced Recruitment Consultants and Leaders to join Investigo across the UK, EU and US. It will be best suited to someone who has Talent Acquisition experience within a recruitment agency.As a Talent Acquisition Partner here at Investigo & The IN Group, your role is critical in shaping how we attract and hire exceptional talent. As a true business partner, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and contribute to broader talent strategies that support company growth and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full cycle recruitment for roles across corporate functions from brief to offerPartner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategiesWrite compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across multiple platformsBuild and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and LinkedIn RecruiterConduct structured screening interviews and assessments, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experienceManage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and data captureChampion diversity and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with hiring managers, and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and manage offersTrack and report on recruitment metrics and pipelineContinuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to wider TA projects (e.g. employer branding, talent pooling, market mapping)What We’re Looking For3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, recruiters who have experience recruiting recruitersExperience recruiting across a variety of functionsA strategic and consultative approach to stakeholder managementProven ability to source directly and creatively for hard-to-fill rolesStrong understanding of talent markets, hiring trends, and benchmarkingExcellent communication, organisational, and project management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience using LinkedIn RecruiterWhy Join Us?A values driven culture that puts people firstHigh impact role with autonomy and visibility across the businessWork with a supportive, collaborative TA team and wider HR functionOpportunities to grow and shape the future of our Corporate Functions hiringHybrid working, great benefits, and a vibrant office in central London
