Employment Solicitor

We are working with a highly regarded boutique employment practice that acts for senior executives in the banking, financial, and professional services sectors. The firm is now seeking a mid-level solicitor to join its team on a part-time basis (4 days per week), supporting its growing caseload of high-value disputes.The Role: You will advise senior executives, C-suite professionals, and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of contentious employment matters, including:Discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claimsExit negotiations and severance packagesRestrictive covenants and team movesRegulatory issues impacting senior staff in regulated industriesTribunal and High Court litigationThe Ideal Candidate:UK-qualified solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE* in employment lawStrong experience advising individuals in complex employment disputes, particularly in financial or professional servicesComfortable managing high-value, high-stakes litigationExcellent client-handling skills and a commercially attuned mindsetA confident communicator, able to provide strategic and pragmatic advice to senior clientsKey Details:Part-time: 4 days per week (flexible hybrid working model)Collegiate and specialist team with a reputation for excellenceOpportunity to build long-term client relationships in a high-calibre environmentCompetitive pro rata compensation and supportive work-life balanceHybrid working after probation.*PQE is given as a guide only; candidates with relevant experience outside of this range will also be considered.
