HR Change Partner6 months (potential for extension, but not beyond March 2026)Up to £65,000 per annum (pro-rata)Hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in London)Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced HR Change Business Partners to support a major organisational restructure. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in implementing change across one of three core directorates.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end change management processes within assigned directorateSupport directors in reshaping and restructuring their teamsConduct individual and group consultation meetingsEnsure compliance with employment law and organisational policiesAssist in organisational design, including role profiling and structure planningManage redundancy processes sensitively and effectivelyCollaborate with HR Change Advisors to ensure accurate data management and reportingContribute to the development of change management tools and templatesProvide regular updates to senior leadership on change progress and challengesSupport the cultural reset towards a more agile, flexible working environmentRequired Qualifications and ExperienceCIPD Level 7 qualificationExtensive experience in leading organisational change and restructuring projectsStrong understanding of UK employment law and best practices in change managementExperience in working with trade unionsProven track record of supporting senior stakeholders through complex change processesEssential Skills and AttributesAssertive and confident in challenging senior stakeholders when necessaryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdaptable and flexible approach to workSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Smart Sheets, MS Planner)Desirable ExperiencePrevious work in a charity or public sectorExperience with AI tools for productivity (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)Working EnvironmentFast-paced, challenging environment with potential resistance to changeHybrid working model with flexibility required for in-person meetings and consultationsOpportunity to make a significant impactCollaborative team environment with supportive leadershipApplication ProcessInterested candidates should submit their CVs by 7th August.
