Locum Clinical Pharmacist - working from home

Medacy is looking to a locum clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home.The successful candidate will be comfortable using both EMIS and SystmOne and be confident to work across all clinical areas.The role will involve playing a full and active role as part of the practice's multidisciplinary team.The ideal candidate for the role will have:Independent Presciber StatusPrevious GP Practice experienceAt least three years of post-graduate experienceExcellent Clinical knowledgeThe commitment to continue learning and developing.The confidence to work as part of a busy GP practiceThe ability to adapt to convey information to patients and fellow healthcare professionals.The minimum requirement is 15 hours per week.Responsibilities and DutiesComplete medication reviewsProcess specialist treatment lettersCare home supportSupport practice dispensaryProcess hospital discharge lettersServe as the primary point of contact in practice for all medication-related inquiries.Qualifications and SkillsRegistered with the General Pharmaceutical CouncilHold Personal Professional Indemnity InsuranceIndependent Prescriber essentialBenefitsCompetitive SalaryJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: By negotiation
