HR Associate – Diversity and Inclusion – 6-Month ContractOur client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Associate to support the delivery of their UK D&I strategy.Location: London (Hybrid – 50% in-office)Contract: 6 months, up to £350/day (Inside IR35)Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Coordinate D&I projects, employee networks, and campaigns (e.g. Pride Month, D&I Week).Manage events calendar, communications, procurement, and intranet updates.Analyse diversity data and report insights to senior stakeholders.Support external reporting (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, Women in Finance Charter).Create and deliver presentations and represent D&I in internal/external forums.Requirements:Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven project management experience.Intermediate to advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Ability to handle sensitive data and work independently.Preferred: HR/D&I experience, PowerPoint skills, PeopleSoft knowledge.
