This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Roboshop vending machines located in London and nearby cities. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining optimal stock levels, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the overall functionality of the machines.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all Roboshop vending machines are fully stocked and operational, conducting regular checks to maintain inventory levelsTravel to Roboshop locations in London or nearby cities to replenish stock and provide on-site technical support as neededDiagnose and rectify any technical issues with the vending machines, ensuring minimal downtimeLiaise with the UK team and China headquarters to address and resolve technical problems related to the Roboshop operationSupport the setup and installation of new vending machines, ensuring they are properly stocked, calibrated, and operational from day one, and assist in troubleshooting any initial technical issuesRequired QualificationsTertiary education or undergraduate studies in Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldsStrong organisational skills (desirable but not essential)Previous experience in a technical or maintenance roleBasic technical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining vending machinesAble to work independently and manage time efficientlyStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with international teamsFluent in English.
