Job Title: Quantity SurveyorLocation: Multiple UK Locations (including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Edinburgh)Sector: Infrastructure & Data Centre ProjectsSalary: Competitive + BenefitsType: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure and data centre development organisation. You will play a critical role in the commercial management of high-value, complex projects across the UK. With several exciting new-build and upgrade programmes in the pipeline, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking team delivering innovative, technically demanding developments. We are offering flexibility on base location, with offices and project sites across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial aspects of major infrastructure or data centre development projects throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and review tender documentation, cost estimates, and pricing schedulesConduct contract administration including valuation of variations, claims and change controlMonitor project costs, budgets and forecasts ensuring projects are delivered within financial targetsNegotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring best value and risk mitigationProvide detailed and accurate reporting to clients and senior stakeholdersSupport the wider project team with procurement strategy, commercial planning and performance reviewsEnsure full compliance with company procedures, industry regulations and contract terms (e.g. NEC, JCT)Experience & QualificationsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a QS on large-scale infrastructure (e.g. highways, rail, utilities) or data centre development projectsStrong understanding of construction contracts (preferably NEC or JCT)Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent commercial acumen and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentChartered status (RICS or working towards it) is desirableIf you feel you fir the criteria for this requirement please apply or contact kye.ayobiojo@
