Senior Project Manager

We are working with one of the largest Fit-Out companies in the UK, who are currently hiring 2 Senior Project Managers with a strong background in Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects. In this role, you will lead high-end Fit-Out projects in Central London, overseeing all aspects from planning to delivery. This position offers a competitive salary alongside a full benefits package.Working Hours: Minimum of 45 hours per week (Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project needs)Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)Salary: £95,000 - £105,000Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution: Lead the development and delivery of detailed project plans to ensure timely and on-budget completion in line with programme and contract requirements.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works meet required quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety expectations through strong oversight of procedures, documentation, and personnel.Resource & Team Management: Manage and coordinate project resources including staff, labour, subcontractors, and internal teams, fostering a high-performance culture across your sites.Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary client interface, maintaining clear communication, resolving issues efficiently, and building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery.Commercial & Contractual Oversight: Monitor financial performance, cost control, and contractual compliance, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for value engineering.Operational Excellence: Implement robust site administration and company procedures to uphold operational standards, supporting reporting, tendering, and health 'safety frameworks.Additional Duties: Perform other relevant tasks as required by senior management.Current Project Portfolio:£8m project, approx. 20% complete£9.7m project, approx. 85% complete£7.8m project, in design and manufacture stage, due for completion Q2 2026Benefits Package:Travel expenses (may be capped depending on location)5% employer pension contributionPrivate family healthcareLife assurance (2x annual salary)Health cashback planCompany sick payFlexitime optionsHoliday purchase schemeEmployee wellness programmeLength of service awards (including additional holidays)Interested applicants are invited to apply by sending their most up-to-date CV.
