Job Title: Project Manager – Legal Matter Management SystemLocation: Remote (UK-based)Contract Duration: 12 MonthsOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Project Manager to lead the global implementation of a matter management system (ServiceNow) across the legal department at a leading global healthcare company. This high-impact role will support the rollout to approximately 900 lawyers across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA regions.Key Responsibilities:Drive the end-to-end implementation of a new matter management platform (ServiceNow) within the in-house legal function.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple regions.Collaborate closely with legal, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with broader legal operations goals.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.Key Requirements:Proven experience managing legal technology or enterprise software projects, ideally within in-house legal teams.Strong technical understanding of legal systems such as ServiceNow, CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), or matter management platforms.Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented, with the ability to translate legal requirements into system functionality.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating complex, global environments.Previous experience in legal operations or managing technology implementations for legal teams is highly desirable.About ElevateElevate provides consulting, technology and services to law departments and law firms across the globe.
