Partner Success Manager – Account Management & Growth£40,000 base + bonus + commission London-based (Hybrid) Full-Time, Permanent RoleAre you an experienced Account Manager looking to take your career to the next level in the dynamic world of Cyber Security and IT services? A high-growth managed services provider is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their client services team, managing key accounts and driving strategic growth across a diverse client portfolio.This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, shape service delivery, and unlock new commercial opportunities — all while being supported by a collaborative internal team.What You’ll Be DoingClient Management & Relationship BuildingOwn and manage key client relationships through regular engagementDeliver strategic Quarterly Business Reviews and develop tailored roadmapsEnsure service excellence aligns with client expectationsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsSales & GrowthTake full ownership of your client pipeline and sales growth strategyBuild and convert new opportunities from within existing client accountsMaintain profitability across a growing portfolioDrive c-suite engagement and influence client strategyOperational & Strategic OversightBe the internal advocate for your clients – handling escalations and service queriesCollaborate with technical teams to ensure accountability and high delivery standardsAnalyse key service metrics (SOC and IT) to guide improvementsContinuously refine internal processes for better customer experience and efficiencyWhat You’ll BringPrevious experience in Account Management (preferably in tech or professional services)Strong organisational and task management skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilities, including with senior client stakeholdersDetail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven approachPassion for Cyber Security and IT servicesComfortable engaging with both technical teams and C-level executivesBonus skills (not essential):Knowledge of Microsoft licensingUnderstanding of Managed Services Providers (MSP) and Security Operations Centres (SOC)What’s On Offer£40,000 – base salaryPerformance-based bonus + commission on upsells and client growthPrivate health insurance25 days annual leave + bank holidaysHoliday buy/sell schemeGenerous pension scheme (up to 11% employer contribution)£1,000 annual training budgetRegular team socialsCycle to work schemeFree tea, coffee, and fruit in the office
