Due to successful growth and expansion they are looking to add an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their EMEA team. As part of the Customer Success team you will be instrumental in enhancing key client relationships to deliver a best in class service.Key Responsibilities:Be a key participant in contributing to the renewals process and be successful in retaining client accounts for future revenueProvide extra support to clients in the form of webinars, training videos and assist in setting up customer events and socialsMonitor clients key metrics to best understand how clients use the platform and keep informed on activity to proactively enhance your ability to retainDevelop internal relationships with various stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Implementation and Finance & OperationsTeam up with Product Management teams to help enhance and client solutions working closely with sales to identify additional revenue streams for up sellingExperience Required:Proven history of success maintaining and enhancing client relationships through key performance indicatorsBeing comfortable working and influencing C-level stakeholder both internally and externallyExperience working in a Customer Success, Account Management or Consultancy backgroundA thorough and detailed understanding of private equity &/or Real EstateIf you feel you have the skills and experience required for this role please get in touch with Felix @ Artemis Talent for more information.Customer Success, Customer Retention, Account Management, Deal Management, CRM, UpSelling, Cross Selling, Capital Markets
