7+PQE - Corporate/Commercial Lawyer - Global Listed Business (12 month FTC)

My client, a Global Listed Business based in Central London is now looking to hire a 7+PQE Corporate/Commercial lawyer on a 12 month FTC .Reporting into the GC & Co Sec your responsibilities will include:Supporting senior stakeholders on the full cycle of a wide range of corporate transactions including any acquisitions, divestments and joint venturesDrafting and negotiating an array of general commercial contracts Advising the business on other ad-hoc legal matters as and when neededThe ideal candidate will likely have 7+pqe as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer who has trained at a leading law firm and who is looking to progress their career in-house or you will already be in-house working as a Corporate/Commercial lawyer.
