The team advises on a broad mix of corporate and capital markets matters, and this role offers exposure to complex, cross-border work with both UK/European and US elements.Key Areas of Focus:Equity Capital Markets – including stock exchange listings in London, New York, and EuropeDebt Capital Markets – including high yield and investment grade dealsStructured Finance and Securitisation – including insurance-linked securities and catastrophe bond transactionsIdeal Candidate:Solid ECM and DCM experience is essentialExperience with stock exchange listings and high-yield bond transactions is particularly relevantInterest in building knowledge of insurance-linked securities and capital markets structures within the insurance spaceConfident working across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with various stakeholdersAble to integrate quickly into a collaborative, fast-paced transactional teamThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice and gain experience in a growing and specialist area of the market.
