What the job involvesTake a leading role in the strategic development of venture capital as an asset class Bring sector expertise and insights Collaborate with the broader team to embed these into the venture growth capital investment strategyDeal sourcing, diligence and execution. Provide commercial review and decision making on potential new investmentsTerm sheet preparation and negotiations Create and present decision papers for the Investment CommitteeWho we are looking forDeep understanding of either the science & technology sector- ideally Healthtech, Deeptech, Climate and Sustainability Extensive VC experience at Series A stage and beyond.
