ADMINISTRATORThis is an exciting temporary opportunity for an Administrator to join a leading medical membership organisation!ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:Generating regular reports on membership metrics, such as membership growth, retention rates, and revenue projections, and providing insights to inform decision-makingWorking closely with the finance department to track membership subscriptions, process payments, and reconcile accounts receivableManaging all membership finance systemsEfficiently managing office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day runningCoordinating and maintaining staff rota, ensuring adequate coverageCollaborating with other departments, such as Marketing, Events, and Revalidation to support initiatives that intersect with membership activities, such as event registration or member communicationsIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in membership operations and implementing solutions to enhance the overall member experienceCompiling the annual journal, working alongside the editorAssisting with undertaking special projects related to membership, such as launching new membership tiers, developing member benefit programs, or introducing of a new membership management systemActing as an advocate for members within the organisation, representing their interests and concerns to senior management and helping to ensure that their needs are addressed effectivelyFostering a sense of community among members by helping facilitate online forums for discussion and collaborationADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, dealing with a high volume of calls and emailsExperience dealing with complaintsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
