About the House of CreedThe House of Creed is an authentic, luxury perfume house dedicated to the creation of highly original artisan fragrances made from the finest perfume ingredients the world has to offer.About the roleWe are seeking someone who is available immediately as HR Administrator for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.This role will report into our HR Business Partner for Creed Global Functions and is based in our central London office. Our working hours are 9am-6pm, with 1 hour lunch break and hybrid working, with at least three days working from our office.The job will include managing daily HR processes and monthly reporting, supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. Working as part of a small and dynamic HR team, you will collaborate with our HR Shared Services team, employees and line managers, providing first-line HR support and assisting on projects as part of our continued integration within Kering.Key responsibilitiesOversee onboarding, including contracts, right-to-work checks, and induction planning.Maintain accurate employee data in our HR shared folders and HRIS systems, including Workday, and generate reports as necessary.Administer absence management processes and provide guidance to managers.Update employee benefits, including private healthcare and holiday tracking.Prepare new starter documents for payroll processing and liaise with Finance and HR Cost Controlling on headcount and salary costs.Prepare letters, including information regarding variations to contract and probationary review period confirmationSupport line managers, HR BP and Global HR Director as required with Employee Relations issues, including notetakingSkills/Experiences desired 2+ years' experience as an HR AdministratorGood awareness of employment law, recruitment practices, and HRIS databases. Experience using Workday or another HRIS is desirable. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.CIPD qualified/part qualified (preferred).BENEFITSThis role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our HR function as we grow and integrate further within Kering.
