Some of the notable projects that the client works on include the Houses of Parliament and Heathrow Airport.The RolePrepare detailed and competitive mechanical and electrical estimatesProduce accurate take offs and cost plans from tender documentationManage supply chain enquiries and assess subcontractor and supplier quotationsIdentify commercial risks and opportunities within tender submissionsSupport tender strategy and attend settlement meetingsMaintain estimating data and contribute to process improvementRequirementsExperience as an M&E or Building xjdpvnf Services EstimatorBackground working on rail, commercial or industrial projectsStrong understanding of RMM and NRM measurement methodsExperience reviewing and analysing subcontractor pricingCompetent using estimating software including Amtech and the Microsoft 365 suiteIf this role does seem of interest, please feel free to apply or contact Adam on the details attached.
