Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Flatman Partnership as a full time Sales Negotiator at our Estate Agency offices in Langley, BerkshireA client facing role in residential property sales &lettings, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience to our property sellers, buyers, landlords and tenantsIndustry experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. We are looking for candidates who can evidencepreviousexperience in a fast paced, highly personable sales focused environment. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional communication and administration skills, along with a passionfor solving problems, meeting deadlines and a genuine desire to assistpeopleas they navigate one of lifesbiggest decisions moving homeGeneral Duties:Establish and handle the needs of prospective buyers/sellers/tenants/landlordsUnderstand and explain the various buyer/seller, tenant/landlord process as requiredMaintain and up dateas appropriate ownknowledge of currently available propertiesUndertake property matching for prospective buyers and tenants as requiredUndertaking regular process reviews and updates of existing live references and giving feedback / updates as appropriate tolandlords and prospective tenants.Co-ordinate/ booking of rental/salesvaluationsArrangeappointments for prospective buyers /tenants to view propertiesBe aware of opportunities to promote other services to help the growth of the businessBuild positive relationships with clients that will help increase sales and brand valueTravel to various properties to carry out viewings , valuations and inspectionsYou will need:A passion for property & peopleExcellent communication skills with a friendly, helpful disposition and a desire to genuinelyprovideoutstanding customer servicePreviousexperience of working in estate agency or a customer service driven sales environmentGood IT literacy, familiar with Outlook, Wordand ExcelAttention to detail and high levelof accuracyProblem solving abilities with a good and appropriate useof initiativeTo maintainan enthusiastic, pro active & high energy approach to work.Whatsin it for you:Be part of an award winningteamFull Training and DevelopmentProgression OpportunitiesHours: 8.45am to 6pm Monday Friday.Saturdays 8.45am to 1pmJob Location: Langley, Berkshire (M4 Junction 5)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Basic Salary from 21,000 to 25,000per annum depending on experienceBenefits:Sales CommissionOTE First year 35kMortgage and Sols referral commission paid20 days paid holiday plus extra between Christmas and New YearCar Mileage / Expenses paidCompany pension After 3 month qualifying periodLicence/Certification:Driving Licence essentialJBRP1_UKTJ
