Job Description Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home (EBD)Location: Slough / BerkshireSalary: 55,000 60,000 per annum + Performance Bonuses (Ofsted & Occupancy)Ready to lead with purpose and create lasting change?This is an opportunity to lead a small, high-quality childrens residential home where your leadership genuinely transforms young lives. If you are an experienced Registered Manager, or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up, this role offers the chance to lead a 2-bed EBD childrens home set in a beautiful location in Slough.About the Home & OrganisationYou will be joining a values-driven, family-style residential childcare provider, known for high standards, strong culture and truly child-centred practice.The home supports young people aged 1118 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) who may have experienced trauma, attachment disruption or instability. The focus is on providing a safe, therapeutic and nurturing environment, centred on stability, healing and positive progression whether that means reunification, foster care or preparation for independence.You will be stepping into:A fully staffed, stable home with a capable Deputy ManagerA skilled staff team where all care staff are Level 3 qualifiedRobust systems already in place, including compliance dashboards and quality assurance frameworksLeadership & Support StructureYou will not be working in isolation.
