About the Role: As an Installation Specialist, you'll represent the Rollover brand across the North, installing and maintaining our hot food-to-go equipment at customer sites. You'll deliver engaging training on equipment use and food preparation, ensuring each customer is set up for success from day one. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate and complete customer installations in collaboration with the account team. Deliver hands-on training for food preparation and equipment use. Conduct on-site repairs and equipment collections as needed. Support the setup of regional trade shows and brand events. Maintain clear, up-to-date customer records using Repsly and work closely with internal teams. What We're Looking For: Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, field-based role and working independently. A confident communicator with strong customer service and presentation skills. A practical, problem-solving mindset - ideally with basic mechanical knowledge.
