The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Service Maintenance, with specific expertise in AHU Servicing. This role requires a full UK driver's license and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular inspections, maintenance, and servicing of Air Handling Units in various commercial and industrial settingsDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with AHU systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control componentsCarry out repairs, replacements, and upgrades to AHU equipment as necessaryConduct performance testing and optimization of AHU systems to ensure maximum efficiencyImplement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifeCollaborate with other building service professionals to integrate AHU systems with overall HVAC and building management systemsMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performanceEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practicesProvide technical support and guidance to junior team members and clientsStay updated on the latest AHU technologies and industry developmentsJBRP1_UKTJ
