We are hiring an Associate Product Director with a rare blend of payroll/HCM expertise, AI-forward thinking and product leadership to drive innovation, scale, and measurable results. What you'll lead: The product vision, roadmap and P&L for Staffology, our cloud-native SaaS payroll platform Delivery of strategic KPIs: +10% revenue growth, 5% churn reduction, and 30% AI-led efficiency gains Development of AI-powered features, automations and predictive analytics for a next-gen payroll experience Compliance excellence across HMRC regulations and multi-jurisdictional payroll environments Go-to-market strategies, customer feedback loops, and collaboration across Engineering, Sales & Customer Success What you bring: Payroll or HCM product management with commercial responsibility Working knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, and SaaS financial models Hands-on experience with AI tooling (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, ML frameworks) Track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven product outcomes Product certifications (e.g. CSPO/PSPO) and payroll qualifications (e.g. CIPP) a strong plus Youre analytical, customer-obsessed, and excited by the opportunity to use AI to transform product!
