As a Process Operative, you will be required to work as a member of a team of operatives (varying in size) reporting through a TeamLeader, to the Section Leader.Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental.The job is performed mainly in a temperature controlled area and involves extensive periods of standing and repetitive movements.Shift Patterns: Day shifts:A and B Shift: 223 shift pattern 06:00-18:00, Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.(Free transport from Lincoln .
