Technical Systems Manager Lead Multi-Million-Pound Fire & Security Projects Are you an experienced leader in fire and security system installations ? Do you want to take ownership of multi-million-pound technical projects while shaping the way a growing business delivers for the future? This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role where youll oversee 6 million of projects annually , delivering security, fire detection, and compliance systems to the highest standards across the UK. Why This Role Stands Out Full responsibility for on-time, on-budget, fully compliant delivery of national projects Lead the charge on technical excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency Play a key role in process improvements and future delivery models as the business grows Clear scope for long-term professional development and progression What Youll Do Lead the technical delivery of security and fire installations: CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire detection systems Manage projects from proposal through to client handover Oversee planning, engineering, programming, logistics, stock, and subcontractor support Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and subcontractors in the field Support the Helpdesk and Control Room with system setup and monitoring Conduct site visits to verify quality standards and engage with clients Identify and deliver process improvements to strengthen operational performance What Youll Bring Proven experience delivering security and fire installations (Electrical, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Fire Detection) Track record managing 5m+ annual projects Strong knowledge of NSI Gold or equivalent compliance standards Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Proactive, solutions-focused mindset Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed Desirable: Senior-level technical, contracts, or project management experience in fire/security/electrical sector Familiarity with project delivery software (CRM, scheduling, job management) Experience managing subcontractors and multi-site delivery teams Background in operational development and process improvement Whats on Offer 50,000 55,000 salary depending on experience 23 days annual leave + bank holidays Professional development and clear progression opportunities Wellbeing support package including MetLife (online GP, bereavement guidance & more) Be part of a forward-thinking, growing business with a strong reputation for excellence Apply Now If youre ready to take ownership of large-scale fire and security projects and play a pivotal role in shaping how technical systems are delivered, we want to hear from you.
