pWe have an exciting opportunity for strongHygiene Team Leader/strong to join us at our Ruskington site!/ppstrongShift Pattern:/strong/pul listrongNight Shift/strong - 22:00 - 06:00/li li5 out of 7 days a week with Sunday as a permanent rest day, 40h per week./li/ulpSuccessful candidates will lead team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times. /ppYou will take ownership of you own work and support your team in achieving best results whilst ensuring everyone complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Safety rules at all times./ppYour duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environment./ppOur ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail and ability to lead and motivate the team.
