Youll work closely with the team and contribute to the growth and reputation of the department through excellent client service and proactive business development. Key Responsibilities: Drafting Wills, including those involving trusts for complex family or tax situationsAdvising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planningPreparing and registering LPAs and EPAsManaging Court of Protection mattersAdministering taxable and non-taxable estatesAdvising on trust creation and identifying trust administration requirementsSupporting departmental marketing initiatives and client relationship managementMeeting agreed fee-earning and financial targetsEnsuring compliance with all legal, financial and risk proceduresCandidate ProfileEssential: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveDemonstrable experience across a broad range of private client mattersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a full caseload with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of AML regulations and the Solicitors Account RulesConfident using case management systemsDesirable: STEP qualified or working towards the STEP DiplomaExperience advising on high net worth or agricultural estatesSupervision or mentoring experienceBusiness development or public speaking experienceExisting client followingRole Details:Location:Sleaford, LincolnshireHours:MondayFriday, 9:00am5:15pm (36.25 hours/week)Salary:Competitive and based on experienceTPBN1_UKTJ
