About the Role Were recruiting Night Shift Handballers / Despatch Operatives for a busy warehouse operation. The role will start in Lincoln for the first few weeks before moving to Sleaford . This is a physical and active role , ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work. Youll be responsible for unloading, loading, and despatching goods while keeping the warehouse running smoothly through the night. Key Responsibilities Manual loading and unloading of stock (handballing) Supporting despatch and goods-out operations Adhering to all site health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Requirements Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Previous warehouse or despatch experience preferred but not essential Happy to work a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern Whats on Offer 15.87 per hour Consistent night shifts (18:0006:00) Ongoing work through December and likely into January Weekly pay through Provision Resource Friendly and supportive team environment How to Apply Apply today with your CV, and a member of the Provision Resource recruitment team will contact you to discuss your application.
