Job Description Part-Time Damp and Mould SurveyorSleaford3 months ongoing35 Umbrella15 hours per weekWe are currently working on behalf of a local authority in North Kesteven, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis.Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to dateOversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severityAssist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreamsManage day to day workloadAdhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould and HHSRSDriving licence and access to a vehicleTo be considered for this exciting role, please contact Connor Lamb - Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Woods on 01509 276158 or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
