We are currently seeking an experienced Line Controller to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and coordinate the production team to consistently achieve line targets Uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety at all times Ensure all production documentation and records are completed accurately and on time Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximise performance What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Line Controller or in a similar supervisory role Background in production or food manufacturing (highly desirable) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A proactive, reliable individual with a strong focus on safety and quality Ability to motivate teams and lead by example If you're an experienced Line Controller looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
