What you'll do: Lead and support your production team to meet line targets. Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork. Communicate effectively with your team and management. Help train, motivate, and develop your colleagues. What we're looking for: A team player with good communication and organisation skills.
