CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our busy client in Skelmersdale, WN8. Key Responsibilities: - Dealing with Customer enquiries by telephone or email. - Providing quotations. - Entering Customer Sales Orders on to Sage, checking stock inventory to give lead times. - Answering the telephone. - Despatching daily despatch with DPD Foreign shipments with DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS customs documentation and declarations. - Tracking deliveries to ensure they are delivered on time. - Accounts payable processing supplier invoices on to Sage, matching to deliveries or coding invoice, reconciling to supplier statements, dealing with invoice queries, processing month end payment run. - General Administration duties. Qualifications/Experience - Excellent communicator - Proactive and a team player - Understanding on how to use Excel, Word - Excellent organisational skills - Experience in usingSage Line 50 Accountsor similar accounts package (minimum 3 years) - Knowledge of customs declarations for shipping Europe, USA and Rest of the World and advantage but full training will be given Working Hours:- Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm Friday, 8:30am - 4pm Salary: - £28,000 per annum (negotiable DOE) If you are interested in the role, and have the relevant experience please apply with your CV or give us a call on 0194 283 4107 JBRP1_UKTJ
