Class 1 HGV DriversDo you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Salary:180.00 to220.00 day rate (Inc Holiday pay)Job type: Seasonal work for 6 weeks starting 11th November - can move to general after ChristmasExpected hours: 12 hours or less per shiftWe are seeking Class 1 HGV Drivers looking or open to working with our team in Skelmersdale!Clean work, trunking to Royal Mail depots around the country - although this is a contract for Christmas there is availability to move on to trunking upon completion the contract.What We Offer:Day rate:180.00 per dayNight rate: 188.00 per daySaturday rate: 210.00 per daySunday rate: 220.00 per dayStandby (After 4 hours): 110.00 per day(All pay quoted is inclusive of holiday pay as part of a rolled up rate)Key Responsibilities:Safely drive Class 1 vehicles and complete deliveries within specified time frames.Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and well-maintained.Complete daily checklists and paperwork as required.Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.What We Require:Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience (essential).A valid HGV C&E Class 1 license.Must be reliable and flexible with working hours.A strong focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism.TPBN1_UKTJ
