Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianIs this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Location: SkelmersdaleSalary: 19.50/hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week.Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00Contract Length: Initial 12 Month ContractOverview:Our client are looking for a confident Maintenance Technician with an Electrical Bias to join their established team based at their Skelmersdale site.Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:Responsible for maintenance and repair (both planned and unplanned) on all automatic assembly machines and processes.To ensure maximum operational effectiveness in line with safety, quality and cost requirements.To assist in new process implementation and continuous improvement activities.Work within a team environment, display excellent communication skills and can establish good working relationships across Manufacturing and Maintenance teams.Essential Requirements as a Maintenance Technician:Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical engineering, with additional skills in secondary skillReliable and good communicator who works well as part of a team.Adaptable to change and flexibility to work in all areas of the manufacturing operations.Demonstrated competence in Maintenance processesSelf-motivated, reliable and highly organisedExcellence for safety, understanding of HASAWAUnderstanding and compliance of Health and Safety RegulationsTPBN1_UKTJ
